Below is an overview of how our shipping and delivery process works.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
If an item is backordered or there are any delays with your order, our team will contact you promptly.

Freight Delivery (Large Appliances)
Most appliances ship via LTL freight carriers due to their size and weight.
Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery, meaning the carrier will deliver the item to the curb or driveway outside your home or building.
The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your shipment reaches the local terminal.
Please ensure someone is available at the scheduled time to receive the delivery.
Inspecting Your Delivery
It is very important to inspect your shipment at the time of delivery.
Before signing for your order:

If damage is present, note it clearly on the delivery receipt

Take photos of the packaging and product if possible
If severe damage is visible, you may refuse the shipment.
Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage may limit the ability to file a freight claim.
